Senior DevOps Engineer

Your place in the team:
Part of Devops Team, take place in the agile internal development processes and provide best in class technology and support for internal development teams. Make the development teams life easier to provide them CI/CD processes and platforms to help to improve customer satisfaction by improving quality and time to market.
You will be involved in the following tasks:
- integrate operability into DevOps and agile teams
- automate and improve development and release processes
- work on infrastructure as code, providing environments, deployment pipelines, and tools for efficiency
- analyze infrastructure and provide expertise on containerization and migration to Kubernetes
- proactively improve automation, CI/CD, version control, change management, and automated testing tools
- ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities of applications
- ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
- collaborate with developers to ensure processes are followed and systems work as intended
- review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
- drive technical decisions by testing and trying new technologies
- mentor colleagues and lead daily technical tasks of the team
- continuously learn and enhance technical skills
We are looking for you, if you have…
- 5+ years of experience with containerized environments (Docker & Kubernetes)
- solid experience with Agile, DevOps methodologies, and continuous delivery
- practical skills in automating code build, deployment, and testing with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools
- strong infrastructure and operational experience
- deep knowledge of at least one Linux distribution
- understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles
- proficiency in Bash scripting
- strong networking knowledge
- experience with VMware Tanzu
- familiarity with tools like JFrog Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos
- strong understanding of web technologies (API, HTTP, web servers)
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- experience working with developers, product managers, and other team members in an agile environment
