Introduction

Vodafone Hungary has been present on the Hungarian market since 1999 and currently employs nearly 3,000 employees. Our central building is located in the heart of the country, in Budapest. We also have a call center in Miskolc, and thanks to our hybrid work schedule and our 100% remote work programs, our colleagues work all over the country. Our family-centric operation is reflected in several of our award-winning initiatives, which are designed to maintain a work-life balance. Our headquarters is the backbone of our organization in Hungary, where the teams support the business with essential functions such as digital areas, technology and trade.

In the fall of 2022, we moved to a new building in the 11th district of Budapest, which is at the forefront of Budapest offices in terms of consumption and CO2 emissions: a solar panel system, electric car charging stations, a running track on the top of the building, a community garden, and many other services.

Customer Service Center

Our customer service center is located in Miskolc, where the focus is always on customers. Our colleagues work every day to answer any questions, to find solutions to any problems that may arise, taking into account the needs of our customers and their comprehensive service.

At our company, within the framework of the Home Agent program, it is possible to perform customer service jobs 100% remotely, from home.

Retail

Retail, or in other words the residential segment, makes up a huge part of our business.
